I have over 6 years experience living, breathing, traveling, and eating all things gluten free!  To say I’ve learned a lot is quite the understatement.  I’ve now even moved aboard and am navigating this autoimmune disease in a foreign country.  I’ve learned what you need to do when first going gluten free, what you need to look out for when traveling, what to prepare yourself for both mentally and physically…the list goes on and on!

I remember the phone call the day the doctor called to tell me it was in fact celiac.  I was heartbroken, quite honestly.  I cried.  I was overwhelmed.  I honestly thought it was the end of my life.  Yet it turned into one of the largest gifts I’ve ever received.  Answers.  Answers that continue to help me in ways I never expected or dreamed were possible.  My life was given back to me and I’m reclaiming it with a vengeance.  I want to help you overcome the initial or reoccurring struggle you are facing.

I’ve been through it and would love to work with you and help you get started.  Whatever your reason for going gluten free, I’m your gal.  I will be your cheerleader and biggest advocate.

What I Offer: 
A 30 or 60-minute open conversation designed to help fit your specific needs.
Although I am not a registered dietician or have any medical training, I do have experience in the mental health profession and coaching.  Working with people one on one is my speciality and I’d love to help you on this journey!
